If the price of a product has not been updated, consider the following:
- If the price is changed with the Shopitem API, the new price is processed almost immediately in the shopping cart checkout. If it takes longer than 15 minutes, report this to: email@example.com. If the price is changed in the product feed only, the processing takes a maximum of two hours.
- Empty the cash from your browser, so that you are sure that the delay is not caused by settings of the device your using.
